Have there ever been lawsuits from people who paid to have their ads on websites and are basically throwing away their money when it's not being seen. Not that I personally think they would have a leg to stand on in a legal battle.

I hadn't thought about it, but I was telling people how excited I was by my add-art, and one person at an advertising agency mentioned this issue.

Anyone know?

I'll definitely use it, but why does it replace the ad with a dead image? Why doesn't the image remain a link to the advertiser? Ads are annoying, but they pay the bills for a lot of people. If ad-clicks dry up completely the advertisers will go away. Why not have the mouse-over tooltip of the image pull the description of the linked page? Have a heart, guys.
